Don’t Judge Me Mondays: Rosé Bellini
A few weekends ago I had friends over for a ladies brunch. We got to catch up and they got to see our Little Cupcake. A ladies brunch wouldn’t be complete without a bubbly cocktail so I got to brainstorming. I was reminding recently of the Peach Bellini, typically a drink made with peaches and champagne. Since Rosé has been on my mind a lot recently, I decided to make my own version of the Bellini with Rosé and it was a hit!
Let’s get to it!
Start by pouring your peach nectar, Schnapps, and lime juice into a pitcher. You should be able to find the peach nectar in the juice section of your local grocery store. I think Kerns is the most popular brand, but any will do. I like to add the peach Schnapps to really amplify the peach flavor. Stir that all together in the pitcher.
Now pour in your Rosé and give it all a gentle stir.
Add the peach slices to the pitcher for nice decorative touch.
Pour into champagne coupes or goblets and enjoy!
Keep any leftovers in the fridge and drink within a day.
This Bellini is easy to make and super tasty! It’s sweet with a lovely peach flavor and bubble form the Rosé.
